This tour will begin at 7:00 am with a pickup from your hotel in Cairo or Giza by a King Egypt Tours guide, followed by a transfer by private air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria, which is 220 kilometers away from Cairo. Arriving at 10 am, the tour will then begin with a visit to the Roman Theater, which features marble seating for up to 800 people, galleries, a section of mosaic flooring, and a garden surrounded by Roman villas and baths. Following this, the tour will proceed to the Catacomb, which includes three levels of tombs and a center with a statue of Sobek and Anubis wearing Roman Armor. Finally, the tour will visit the Alexandria Library, as well as the Qaitbay Citadel and El Mursi Abelabas, where visitors can enjoy a free walk along the Cornish River. After a drop off at the hotel in Cairo, the tour will conclude at 19:00 pm.
Alexandria Library is closed on Friday, so you’ll have to take your photos from outside. There are only 200 tickets available per day, and you have to pick them up at 6:00 AM if you want to get one. Otherwise, you have to be there by 9:00 AM.
